Mindful Menopause is a gentle, supportive programme created to help women better understand their bodies, their health and their wellbeing during midlife and menopause.

We know menopause isn’t just about physical symptoms. It can affect confidence, mental health, work, relationships and how connected women feel to themselves and others.

Through guided conversations, practical tools and supportive facilitation, the programme supports women to tune into their bodies, recognise what they’re experiencing and explore small, meaningful changes that can improve how they feel day to day.

Mindful Menopause is about connection. Women come together to share experiences, reduce isolation and realise they’re not alone.

Many participants tell us the greatest impact is simply feeling heard, supported and understood.
